My Top 3 Mascaras

For the longest time I struggled to find a mascara that I liked, always flitting from one to the other without finding one that really impressed me. I did a bit of research before purchasing my mascaras over the past year or so, and I've now found three that I would definitely consider repurchasing.

A Lush Christmas

This week I was fortunate to be invited to the Lush Christmas Event in their Solihull store. It was my first ever blogger event, so I was a little nervous, but I ended up having a great time. It was so much fun being able to try out all the exciting products from this years range before they hit the stores. I even got treated to a very lovely hand massage too - heaven!

September Beauty Favourites

I'm not going to lie, I was expecting my favourites this month to have more of an autumnal feel to them, but it's seems we're going through a bit of an Indian Summer at the moment in the UK, so the classic berry lip hasn't seemed very appropriate!

Life in September

September was a pretty enjoyable month for me - if a little tiring. October is going to be very busy though, so I've also been enjoying a bit of down time before things get a little hectic.

Shape Up Sunday - Week Three

Considering that this weekend was treat central for me (a food centered fundraising Friday at work & my niece staying over) I was fully prepared to accept a gain this week. I don't know how, but I've still managed to pull a loss out of the bag - maybe this weekend will come back to haunt me next week!
