L'Oreal Brow Artist Genius Kit

It's all about the brows in the beauty world at the moment, and that doesn't look like ending anytime soon. To cash in on the hype, so many drugstore brands have been releasing new brow products. I've been searching for a cheaper alternative to my beloved Benefit Gimme Brow for a while but have been left bitterly disappointed. When it eventually ran out a few weeks ago, I thought perhaps it was time to stop looking for the perfect dupe and try some of the other brow products on the market. L'Oreal's Brow Artist Genius Kit seemed to be getting a lot of praise and looked to be the ideal travel brow compact, so I decided to pick one up.

L'Oreal La Palette Nude Rose

Yes ok, I've bought another eyeshadow palette. But, in a refreshing change from my usual palette purchases, this one doesn't come with a whopping big price tag, and is actually quite different to any other palette I own, so I feel like this one is totally justified! The drugstore seems to be catching up with the nude palette craze now, and this offering from L'Oreal is a real beauty.

L'Oreal True Match Foundation

I'd been trying to get hold of this foundation for ages before my friend Alison suggested popping to a local retail park after our catch up lunch a few weeks ago. I'd tried so many different Boots stores, Advantage Card points poised to make the purchase, but nowhere seemed to have my shade in stock, so thanks Alison for the suggestion! There have been a lot of good reviews floating around the blogosphere for this foundation, so I've been really curious to see if it really did live up to the high expectations I had.

Loreal Infallible 24h Foundation

I'm not really one for experimenting with different foundations and tend to just stick to the same old favourites. This for me is the Rimmel Wake Me Up or Match Perfection foundations, or NARS Sheer Glow if I fancy treating myself! I first saw the new Loreal Infallible 24h Foundation on a magazine advert and was intrigued by the claims being made. I immediately scoured the internet looking for blog reviews, but there wasn't a great deal out there at the time, so I took to Twitter to gauge some opinions. The feedback was pretty mixed, but after much deliberation I decided to take the plunge and purchase it, although not with a great deal of expectations anymore.

Loreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution Review

I'm a little late on the bandwagon with this one. Micellar waters have been a hot topic in the beauty community for months now. The favourite and most raved about by far being Bioderma. But, with that being a little harder to get hold of here in the UK, a lot of people have suggested the Loreal version as a great, also cheaper alternative. I decided to give this a go and, I have to say, I'm not sure I totally get the hype.
