Hydrating Face Masks For All Budgets

As winter draws nearer, more of us are reaching for hydrating face masks to give our skin the extra boost of moisture that the cold weather is taking away from us. Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who suffers from dry skin all year round, so I've well and truly tested the market and found what I think are the best hydrating face masks available. No matter what your budget is, they'll be something here for you.

Superdrug Vitamin E Moisture Mask £2.59
This mask is such a bargain for the performance it gives. Once left on for around 15 minutes, it leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated. It's quite thin in consistency compared to the other masks I have, which means it sinks into the skin much quicker. I think normal skinned gals will love this in the winter, but for me I prefer using this for dry skin days in the summer. It's not one for when your face is in need of a major moisture boost, but it is a good one for regular use to keep dry patches at bay, plus it's not going to break the bank.

Superfacialist Rose Hydrate Intense Moisture Mask £8.99
I'm not the biggest fan of the rose scent, but I can look past that as this is such a great product. Your skin will feel so soft after using this mask, I mean baby soft! It also adds a brightening effect to your skin too, so skin appears a lot more radiant after use. It does have the extra faffy step of removing after 5 minutes wear, rather than just letting it sink in, but it's well worth it for the results. If you're into more florally scents, this mask would be great for a relaxing pamper evening.

Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask £23.00
My favourite would be the most expensive of the bunch, wouldn't it?! I absolutely adore the fruity apricot scent, and the fact that you can just apply and leave on overnight (I'm quite lazy with my evening skincare!). It's much thicker in consistency, so it really feels like your skin is getting a good moisture boost, and it also means that a little can go a long way. I wake up with my skin feeling plump and radient. If you fancy a real blast from the past, you can read my full review of this from last year.

Have you tried any of these products? What's your favourite hydrating face mask?

    1. In the summer I tend to use it just once a week, but in the winter it's 2-3 times a week as I get very dry skin xx
