My MAC Lipstick Collection

I haven't owned a MAC lipstick for very long, I'm sure it was still less than a year ago that I made my first purchase, but I've become hooked and have made several trips back to the MAC counter since. I was having a sort out of my makeup collection last weekend and realised that over the past year I've managed to accumulate 8 lipsticks in total, and thought this was a decent amount to warrant a collection post.

My New Favourite Lipstick For Under £5

Seventeen is a brand I've kind of shunned in the recent past. I used to get bought a lot of their makeup when I was in my early teens, and the quality was not so great back then, so I've stayed away ever since. That was until a few weeks ago and oh my how things have changed! I'd read a few positive reviews for their Stay Pout lipsticks and something inside was niggling at me to give Seventeen another chance. On one of a fair few recent Boots 3 for 2 shopping trips, I decided to pick a couple of them up, and I'm so glad I did.

Loreal Infallible 24h Foundation

I'm not really one for experimenting with different foundations and tend to just stick to the same old favourites. This for me is the Rimmel Wake Me Up or Match Perfection foundations, or NARS Sheer Glow if I fancy treating myself! I first saw the new Loreal Infallible 24h Foundation on a magazine advert and was intrigued by the claims being made. I immediately scoured the internet looking for blog reviews, but there wasn't a great deal out there at the time, so I took to Twitter to gauge some opinions. The feedback was pretty mixed, but after much deliberation I decided to take the plunge and purchase it, although not with a great deal of expectations anymore.

Taking part in Twitter chats and reading so many blogs means I have produced a pretty huge wishlist of beauty products I want to try out - if I showed you them all, trust me, we'd be here all day! MUA Poptastic Eyeshadow Palette

I often find myself swatching some of the brighter MAC eyeshadows at the counter and swooning. And with Urban Decay launching their new Electric Palette in the UK very soon, I've been looking at blog reviews & swatches thinking I need this in my life! Unfortunately, I simply cannot justify spending the best part of £40 on something I'm realistically not going to get a great deal of use out of. Afterall, I'm not going rock up at work sporting bright pink eyeshadow am I?
