Bourjois Aqua Blush

When I received my Latest In Beauty box this was one of the products inside which I was most excited about trying. I wasn't sure if the liquid formula was something I was going to like, as it took me forever just to get into cream blushes, but it was such an interesting concept that I wanted to give it a go anyway.

So the idea is that you take a small pump of the product and use your fingers to tap the product onto your cheeks and blend it out. Believe me when I say all you need is the teeniest, tiniest of pumps to get a decent amount of products to cover both cheeks. I can see this little 10ml bottle lasting me a heck of a long time with the amount you use in one go.

I'd say Bourjois are probably right in saying that using your fingertips is the best method of application. It's a really smooth formula, so it blends out really easily and sets relatively quickly, so you don't have to worry about it smudging after application but you do need to work quickly with it! It's really long wearing too. I'm not sure it quite matches to the 12 hours that Bourjois are claiming but it comes pretty close. Because of the liquid formula, it does leave a nice dewy look to your cheeks, but not in a sweaty, shiny way, more like a natural glow.

There are currently four shades available in the range - a nude, a coral, a pink and a berry, so pretty much any blush colour you could need! The shade I received was Pink Twice, which blends out to a really nice soft pink shade, which is my usual go to blush colour but after trying this I'm definitely looking to pick up some more shades.

Have you tried the Bourjois Aqua Blushes?
