Spring Wardrobe Wishlist

So spring is on it's way (ish) and the shops have started stocking up on their shorter sleeved tops and pretty pastel colours. I really can't wait to start wearing spring clothes - I'm getting a bit bored of wrapping up in big fluffy jumpers now, so I've been having a little browse and have found a few items I'd like to add to my wardrobe this spring.


New Look Light Blue Satchel £24.99 I've lost count of how many times I've looked at this is the store but somehow talked myself out of buying it. It's the most gorgeous colour for spring and has plenty of room inside it, though the twist lock opening could get a little frustrating it I'm in a rush. I have just spotted that this bag comes in a stone colour too, so I may end up torn between the two!


Oasis Hummingbird 2 in 1 Jumper £40.00 This is a little bit pricey for what it is, but I think I'd get so much use out of this top as it's one I could wear both at work and just casually with a pair of jeans. I think the print of the shirt is gorgeous and mint green is one of my favourite colours.

Topshop Cloud Flower Print Skirt £35.00 As it starts to get a little bit warmer I can think about braving the slightly shorter skirts again! I really love the floral print, but the monochrome means that it isn't too in your face, as I never really like to go too bold. I really like the way they've paired it with a denim shirt on the website.

Topshop Bleached Ripped Joni Jeans £38.00 I have so many pairs of Leigh jeans but people have been telling me I need to get a pair of Joni jeans for such a long time. I really like this ripped pair and I think the lighter wash will look really nice in the spring.

H&M Striped Oversized Jumper £12.99 Although it's a jumper, it's quite a thin knit, so it will still be wearable if the weather ever warms up! From experience these tops do come up way, way oversized, so even though I'm not that small I'll probably have to pick up that size!

New Look Mint Green Midi Cardigan £19.99 This is another item I've been eyeing up in New Look a few times but still not bought yet. It's really nice and cosy, so I think it would be ideal for layering during the spring and, again, I love mint green.

River Island Short Sleeved Black Trim Blouse £30.00 I can't find this online which is a little frustrating as it wasn't that long ago that I saw it in store, so I hope I'm not too late in purchasing it! Again, I thought this would be a nice top for both smart and casual wear. I like the fact that it has short sleeves, as I hate wearing long sleeved shirts - I always end up rolling them up!

New Look Yellow Scallop Hem Tshirt £12.99 I think this pretty pastel yellow screams out spring. I love the scallop hem detail, as it adds a little something extra rather than it being just a plain tshirt. This comes in quite a few different colours - I may have to get the lilac one too!

River Island Grey Block Heel Ankle Boots £40.00 I know boots are more winter appropiate footwear, but it's still pretty chilly in the UK during the spring, so I need to keep those feet warm, plus I thought the lighter colour would make them more spring-like. I adore the gold trim on the ankle.
