November Beauty Favourites

Welcome to Blogmas everyone! I'm going to be blogging every day this month in the run up to Christmas, and today I'm kicking things off in a not-so-festive fashion with my round up of my monthly beauty favourites (fear not, you can look forward to something a lot more Christmassy tomorrow!).

My Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita palette has been getting a lot of love this month. I haven't really been using the super glittery shade all that much, but I've really been enjoying using the other three shades in the quad, especially with the champagne colour all over the lid and the brown in the crease. Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadows are such good quality and feel like a real luxury to use. I've just made another purchase from their counter, which you can expect a post about later this month!

I'm getting much more into my deeper nail polishes shades now that winter is upon us, and the one that's featured most on my nails this month has been Essie's Bordeaux. I recently featured it in my Favourite Autumn/Winter Nail Polishes post and, after taking the photos for that post, I removed all of the polish and painted my nails with Bordeaux, and it's pretty much stayed there ever since. It's a gorgeous vampy red shade - my favourite Essie polish that I own. I'm thinking of Christmas-ing it up this month by wearing it with a glittery topcoat.

I've been loving berry lips again this autumn and, whilst MAC's Plumful will probably forever remain my favourite autumn lipstick ever, I didn't want to feature the same lipstick in two consecutive favourites, and the Rimmel Kate Moss 107 lipstick has also been getting a lot of use this month too. I've been wearing it when I've wanted something a little bolder on my lips, as it's much more of an intense colour. The Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks are really comfortable to wear and have good lasting power, so this one has been a great option for me when I've been out for long periods of the day.

My final makeup favourite is a real bargain product. I purchased the Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks in Dusky Pink during last autumn for a mere £1.99 and became a makeup bag staple last winter. Since shuffling around my makeup stash for this autumn, it's become a firm favourite again. It's a slightly deep rose shade, perfect for a subtle flush to the cheeks in the winter. For such a cheap product it's really good quality and applies really nicely.

I love The Body Shop at Christmas time - their festive scents are always amazing. My pick of the products this year would be the Frosted Cranberry Shower Gel. I had one of the smaller sample sized bottles left over from a gift set last year, which I've swiftly used up this month, and I'm now making my way on to the larger bottle I bought a few weeks ago. It's so fruity and festive - simply gorgeous for this time of year.

What were your favourite beauty products in November?
